No mystery hourly rate discovered at the door. Here is exactly how a number is built, what's in it, and when you get to say yes or no.
Four lines, every time.
- Labor
- A first-hour rate that includes getting to you, then time in 15-minute steps. Standard tasks are quoted as a range instead.
- Visit or diagnostic fee
- Inside a service area there is no separate trip charge. Appliance faults start with a diagnostic visit; the estimate says whether that fee is credited toward the repair.
- Materials
- Basic fasteners, shims, sealant and consumables are included. Anything you'd choose (hardware, fixtures, paint) is listed at cost and approved by you, or you supply it.
- Sales tax
- Applied to materials where your state requires it and shown as its own line on the quote.

Areas outside a confirmed zone are priced by a dispatcher on the same structure. Roof coatings and whole-room painting are always quoted after an assessment.
